Shipping Policy

1.  International Shipping

• Carrier: EMS (Express Mail Service)
• Shipping Cost: Varies by country/region and weight.
• Estimated Cost (1 doll / 500g): 1,450 JPY - 3,900 JPY (Tax exempt)
• *The exact shipping cost will be calculated automatically at the checkout screen.

Customs Duties & Taxes (Important):
International buyers are responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, and clearance fees regulated by their country. We cannot predict or cover these costs. Please check with your country's customs office prior to buying.

2. Handling Time
Orders are generally shipped within 7 business days after payment confirmation.
*We do not ship on weekends and public holidays.
*For made-to-order or pre-order items, please refer to the delivery time stated on the product page.

3. Tracking
After shipment, we will send a "Tracking Number" to your registered email address. You can check the delivery status via the Japan Post tracking service.

4. Long Absence / Refusal to Receive
If a package is returned to us due to expiration of the retention period (long absence) or refusal to receive, the customer will be responsible for the shipping costs for re-shipment.
