For International Customers (International Shipping)

1. Payment Methods We accept Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, JCB) and PayPal / Apple Pay / Google Pay only.

• Note: "Convenience Store Payment (Konbini)" and "Cash on Delivery" are NOT available for orders from outside Japan.

2. Shipping & Delivery We ship via EMS .

• Shipping Cost: Calculated automatically at checkout based on total weight and destination.
• Delivery Time: Usually takes 7 business days after shipment.

3. Customs Duties & Taxes These are set by the country you live in and are normally payable on delivery. We list them country by country — United States, European Union, United Kingdom, Taiwan, South Korea — in our Shipping Policy. In the European Union this usually comes to about €30–€40; in the United States there is nothing to pay on delivery.

4. Returns & Exchanges We generally do not accept returns or exchanges for international orders unless the item is defective or incorrect.
